Landid can assist with all your home maintenance and improvement needs. We have experts and high quality professional service providers covering: Plumbing (roofs, bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, sinks, pipes, drains and gas supply), Electrical (lights, air conditioning, automation, cabling and solar power), Building (roofs, ceilings, walls, windows, decks, balconies and painting), Security (doors, locks, sensors and alarms), Landscape (retaining walls, pools, lawns, hedges, paths, pavers and trees), all major household appliances, and more.
Our Home Care Experts are trained and qualified tradies, handymen and experienced home owners, typically with formal qualifications in their areas of expertise. They are speak like a human and can explain things in simple terms. They can guide you remotely to assess and troubleshoot most issues, safely. If they can't resolve it then and there, they'll let you know and help you with what to do next.
Memberships are annual and include subscription to the Home Care Concierge service to manage all your maintenance plan and access your property history, management of all selected property services, unlimited consultations with our Home Care Experts, and coordination of emergency call outs and repairs. Inclusions may vary by the type and level of membership you select. Contact the Customer Care team to learn more.
Memberships are an affordable way to ensure you are doing the right things to protect your home and increase the value of your property. Membership costs vary based on the type and size of your home. Monthly service fees start at just $30 + GST per month for a semi-detached home with up to 3 bedrooms. In addition, there is a one-off property set up fee of $349 + GST when you join Landid. Please contact us to learn more about membership costs for your property.
Landid is currently available selected areas of Metro Sydney with more locations being added on an ongoing basis. Please contact the Customer Service team to check if we operate in your area already, or when we will be bringing our service to your area.
