Annual Home Health Check
Get a detailed property inspection completed at the start of your membership period to identify any maintenance and repair issues early, before they become a major problem. This helps you avoid any unforeseen issues later requiring costly repairs.
Fire Safety Protection
Every six months we will inspect, clean and test your smoke alarms to help reduce false alarms and ensure smoke can easily reach the internal sensor. Each year we will replace all batteries, check DC connections, and any fire equipment (where relevant).
Talk to a Home Care Expert
Our team of home care experts give you immediate peace of mind with remote response, assessment and guidance to resolve most home care situations. Your membership includes unlimited consultations, so you can rest easy.
Get Urgent Repairs
If we can't get the issue sorted over the phone, we'll help get someone on site quickly. Your membership also includes one free emergency call out per year from a licensed Plumber, Electrician or Locksmith when you need urgent help. Conditions apply.

- Rooftop solar panel array visual inspection and cleaning (once per year);
- Air conditioning unit inspection and filter cleaning (for up to four wall mounted units; once per year);
- Swimming pool inspection, water testing, equipment check and general maintenance (once per year); and
- Hot water service visual inspection (once per year).

- Air conditioning inspection and cleaning (for up to four wall mounted units; once per year).

Landid can assist with all your home maintenance needs. We have experts and high quality professional service providers covering: Plumbing (toilets, sinks, pipes, drains and gas supply), Electrical (lights, air conditioning and power supply), Building (roofs, ceilings, walls, windows and painting), Security (doors, locks, sensors and alarms), Landscape (lawns, paths, pavers and trees), Major household appliances, and more.
Our Home Care Experts are trained and qualified tradies, handymen and experienced home owners, typically with formal qualifications in their areas of expertise. They are speak like a human and can explain things in simple terms. They can guide you remotely to assess and troubleshoot most issues, safely. If they can't resolve it then and there, they'll let you know and help you with what to do next.
Memberships are annual and include subscription to the Homeowners Hub to manage all your maintenance plan and access your property history, selected home care services, unlimited consultations with our Home Care Experts, and one free emergency call out.
